Yoga nidra is a guided meditation practice often called "yogic sleep" that helps the body deeply relax while the mind gently settles into rest. Paired with calming sound healing instruments such as the crystal sound bowls, this experience is designed to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and create space for stillness and restoration. This session will be led by Cecilia Austin, a 200-hr Certified Yoga Teacher and a Certified Yoga Nidra Instructor. Join us for this restful and restorative evening.
